  • Location: Knoxville, TN (Papermill Drive)
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (In-office)
  • Bonus: Rotating on-call

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be at the center of it all—helping build an amazing caregiving team while keeping the office running smoothly:

  • Find and hire awesome caregivers
  • Partner with leadership to keep staffing strong
  • Help answer phones and support caregivers, clients, and applicants
  • Guide new hires from interview to onboarding
  • Keep everything organized and compliant
  • Lead orientations and create a great first impression
  • Jump in wherever needed to support the team

What We’re Looking For

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • At least 1 year of recruiting experience (healthcare is a plus!)
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, in-office environment
  • Friendly, confident communicator
  • Organized and great at multitasking
  • Team player with a “let’s make it happen” attitude
