This home care opportunity has No weekends and no on call schedule.

Hours: self scheduled during the week Monday through Friday. No weekends.

As an Addus Nurse (Registered Nurse / Licensed Practical Nurse) you will:

• Complete Medication set up for home bound clients
• Check vitals
• Monitor skin condition
• Nail Care
• Supervisory Visits
• And other duties as assigned

POSITION REQUIREMENTS & COMPETENCIES:

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and current LPN licensure.
• New Nurses welcome
• Ability to make home visits and provide nursing care in the home environment
• Ability to complete necessary documentation appropriately, legibly, and timely
