What You’ll Do

As our Branch Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of our local operations — leading a passionate team, building community connections, and driving growth. You will:

• Lead and inspire your team to deliver exceptional care
• Recruit, train, and retain top-tier talent
• Build strong relationships with referral sources and community partners
• Manage budgets, track performance, and exceed service goals
• Oversee payroll, billing, and reporting with precision
• Solve problems, support clients, and ensure top-quality service

What You’ll Bring

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s a plus!)
• 1+ year of leadership experience in home care or related field
• Proven success in growing census and revenue
• Budget and P&L management experience
• Strong communication and team-building skills
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and insurance
