Position Summary: The Quality Assurance Specialist (QAS) is responsible for coordinating in-home services according to the client agreement. This position will ensure client services have been scheduled and started with new and current Home Care Aides. The QAS will be responsible for establishing partnerships with the home care aide and clients with an emphasis on creating high-quality matches and extraordinary relationships. This role ensures compliance with company and Department on Aging rules, regulations, and standards. This role requires the ability to communicate effectively, plan, organize and prioritize tasks, respond promptly to emails and phone queries, answer multi-line phones and comfortable using Microsoft Office/Internet.
Hours: Full Time - Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5 pm
Office location: Addus HomeCare 2335 W 95th St Chicago IL 60643.
Hourly Rate: $18.00 - $20.00
