Schedule
• 4 ten-hour shifts
• Includes every other weekend

Compensation
• $75,000–$95,000 per year

What You’ll Do
• Perform pre-admission evaluations to determine hospice eligibility
• Educate patients and families about hospice services and the admission process
• Obtain informed consent and initiate the plan of care
• Complete nursing assessments and develop an initial care plan focused on comfort and quality of life
• Provide compassionate support to patients and families during the transition to hospice
