Position Details
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:30 PM
• Coverage Area: Mt. Prospect, IL 60056
• Compensation: $19–$26 per hour (based on experience)

What You’ll Do
As a CNA with JourneyCare, you’ll play a vital role in supporting patients with dignity and compassion. Your responsibilities will include:
• Providing personal care such as bathing, grooming, oral hygiene, and linen changes
• Assisting with dressing, feeding, and daily activities
• Preparing nutritious meals and completing light shopping
• Monitoring and reporting changes in patient condition to the Case Manager
• Supporting skin integrity and overall comfort

Qualifications
• Active state certification as a Nurse Aide
• Clear listing on the state aide registry
• Minimum age of 18 (unless state law differs)
• Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle
